Policy

Payment: Payment is 100% upfront before I start on the line art, via Paypal unless otherwise stated. An invoice will be sent for payment.Revisions: I will be checking in with you frequently as I work on your piece, and am open to revisions within reason. If you require any big changes (e.g. pose change, redo) after we have agreed for me to proceed, it will incur an extra charge.Additional charges: If your request includes complicated details (e.g. intricate clothing design, armour, extra items) I might impose an extra charge.Cancellation: Cancellation is only allowed if payment & progress has yet to be made. Please think thoroughly before you decide to submit a request.Refunds: Strictly no refunds. If you have any worries or feel dissatisfaction with your piece when I'm updating you on the progress, please voice them immediately and I will attend to them.Declining orders: I reserve the right to decline a commission. If I feel that I cannot successfully deliver a commission to your satisfaction, I will politely decline it. Thank you for your interest!

Terms of Service

Only for personal use.
You may use artwork commissioned from me for display and collection purposes only. Usage of my artwork obtained via personal use commissions is not allowed for projects, promotional purposes, or further transformative work. E.g.:
✔️: Profile pictures, icons, headers for personal SNS
✔️: Printing to make personal items (OC prints, cards etc, printed in small amounts only, please notify me first).
❌: Promotion and/or branding for your business
❌: Printing as merchandise (t-shirts, prints etc) for sale
❌: Use in AI art in any way, shape or form
❗: Vtubers/Streamers: You may use artwork commissioned from me on your social media (e.g. icon, header), but not on your streaming platforms (e.g. PFP, banner, promotional material for content or streams). Use for the latter, as well as using my artwork in promotional content for your streams and/or other services (e.g. stream schedule, video thumbnail) would count as commercial use and is not allowed.

Please do not alter it in such a way that it cannot be recognised from the original.

❗: Please let me know if you are unhappy about anything in a piece during updates. I will gladly change it for you!Art will be included in my portfolio.
Commissioned work will be put in my portfolio and used as samples for future commissions. They will be at a lower resolution and watermarked. A privacy fee will apply if you'd like your commission to be kept private.

Commission Process

i. Submit your commission details.
- Either fill up my order form or shoot me a message via social media/email. Please provide visual references.ii. I'll contact you to confirm your request.
- Please let me know during the confirmation if you have any specific requests, and after everything is set I'll slot you in my queue/waitlist.iii. Wait for your turn.
- It can take up to 2 weeks for me to start on your piece depending on my queue, please be patient. You may contact me anytime for schedule updates, or track my progress on all my orders here.iv. Sketch update & payment.
- A rough sketch will be sent to you for reviewing the overall composition, during which you can ask for 2 major revisions. Once everything is approved, I require payment via Paypal invoice to continue on your piece.v. Line art & base colours update.
- The next update will be of your piece's line art and base colours, where only minor revisions are allowed.vi. Preview of tentative final.
- Your piece is almost done! This is the final update, and I can make minor adjustments at this stage.vii. Delivery.
- The final result of your piece will be delivered via email.
